Grid Environment is involved in year-round determination of VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) leaks from process equipment at the refinery located in Regina, SK, Canada. In accordance with Method 21, Grid Environment has been successful in enhancing the quality of data obtained from a portable TVA 2020 (Toxic Vapor Analyzer) used to locate and classify the leaks. The Leak Detection and Repair program offers our prospective clients a proven way to reduce emissions by repairing the leaking components in a timely manner. Leaks that would otherwise be difficult to keep track of are now easier to quantify thanks to our efficient use of virtual tags. We use our tablets to input data of leaking sources that include, but are not limited to, valves, flanges, pumps, connections, compressors, process drains, and seals. At Grid Environment we are dedicated to safety, reliability, and emissions reduction for a cleaner environment.
